Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 103-bed facility located in Reading, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Program! As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a competitive increase in pay rate.

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term skilled nursing care setting

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to charge nurses and physicians

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements

Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)

Ability to work every weekend
