Office Assistant, Learning & Engagement (temporary)
Support class administration needs, including class calendar, registrations, invitations, communications, tracking attendance, and creating/distributing evaluations Support class logistical needs, including supplies, handouts, room reservations, coordination with presenters, and in-class support (whether in person or on Zoom) Maintain integrity of Learning Management System by add/delete members, editing classes, adding classes/courses, and problem-solving as needed Provide administrative support for employee engagement survey needs, including inputting data, creating and reviewing reports Assist in creating/formatting documents as needed, and maintaining organization of electronic files Assist with expense reporting Support the process for maintaining the accuracy and usability of the People & Culture website Support calendaring and other administrative needs for the Senior Director of Learning & Engagement Other projects/tasks as assigned People & Culture Work with People & Culture leadership to develop and submit content for monthly In The Know newsletter Other duties/projects as assigned Who We Are

2-3 years of administrative experience Strong knowledge of Google Suite (calendar, g-mail, docs, sheets, drive) Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills Experience building and maintaining functional personal and office filing systems Strong written and verbal communication skills NOTE:
This position is required to work at least 3 days per week on-site. This includes occasional in-person support of classes on campus or at other off-site venues. Modes of Work
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
