Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift – 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Sunday – Thursday (OT required)
This position is responsible for performing the required heating and cooling operations-PCR necessary to impact physical properties in forgings to conform to our customer specifications.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve difficult problems effectively and implement long‑term solutions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
Keen attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Proficient in blueprint reading and shop math.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Preferred
Experience with hardness testing.
Knowledge of Troll‑treating practices and procedures.
Knowledge and use of thermocouple wire/probes.
Prior experience with heavy industrial equipment.
Familiarity with industrial furnaces and components.
Working knowledge of metallurgical concepts.
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
Ability to withstand heat for long periods of time.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift weights up to 64 lbs.
Manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust, and vibration.
