Position Overview Exploring Graphics is seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable
Machine Operator
to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machines used in the production of high‑quality graphics and signage. This role requires technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Operate, monitor, and maintain machines suchinherit large‑format printers, cutters (e.g., Zund), laminators, and other graphic production equipment.
Set up machines for के-specific production runs, ensuring correct materials, settings, and quality standards.
Perform routine inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and consistency of output.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime.
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with inventory of raw materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver projects according to specifications.
Document production activities, including machine logs, quality checks, and maintenance records.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Previous experience operating production machinery, preferably in the graphics, printing, or manufacturing industry.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Basic computer skills for operating machineaknya software and recording production data.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Work Environment
Fast‑paced production facility with frequent exposure to noise, fumes, and machinery.
Safety equipment (gloves, safety glasses, ear protection) must be worn as required.
Position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials throughout the shift.
Team‑oriented environment with collaboration across production staff, supervisors, and project managers.
Work schedules may include overtime or weekend hours to meet production deadlines.
