LPN/RN Unit Manager Job Duties:
Monitors facility clinical systems to effectively facilitate quality resident care in accordance with laws, regulations and facility guidelines.
帠 Successfully delivers basic nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans as ordered by a physician.
Directs and develops RNs, LPNs and CNAs working on the unit to ensure the delivery of high quality care and servicesিষ according to all laws, regulations and guidelines.

Unit Manager Requirements:
Up to date first aid and CPR certification.
At least one year of experience as a LPN or RN in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred.
