**Required Qualifications:*** Two years of experience at a level equivalent to Fiscal Specialist 1 AND 15 quarter hours OR 10 semester hours of college level accounting; OR equivalent education/experience.* Experience paying attention to detail and working accurately with numbers.* Demonstrated communication skills and interpersonal skills.* Demonstrated experience working under tight deadlines and in stressful situations.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience with the WSU systems (Workday, DEPPS, HEPPS, FACTS, BALANCES, My WSU)* Demonstrated experience working in a Microsoft Office environment with an emphasis on Word and Excel.* Clerical experience at WSU.* Experience in payroll, personnel or benefits in a higher education setting.**Position Sponsorship Eligibility:** Not eligible for work visa sponsorship
