How You’ll Make an Impact

Maintain electrical maintenance on vacuum furnaces, including power supplies, control systems, sensors, and heating elements.

Troubleshoot and solve electrical faults in high‑temperature, high‑vacuum environments using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement upgrades and modifications that improve furnace performance and energy efficiency.

Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs ensuring compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.

Support production and provide rapid response to equipment issues to minimize downtime and support continuous production flow.

What You Bring

Evidence of an associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field is required.

Five or more years of hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Prior work with vacuum furnaces or thermal processing equipment is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of electrical schematics and PLCs with the ability to troubleshoot, alter, and create logic. Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.

This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite. The candidate must be able to work with export‑controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law.
