AI Transformation Coach / AI Enablement *
The primary objective of this role is to help clients move beyond isolated AI experiments and into scalable, well‑governed AI adoption across leadership, product, and engineering teams. Success is defined by impact, adoption, and execution quality, not by tool selection or proof‑of‑concept volume.
This role operates as a trusted advisor and execution guide, working alongside client executives and delivery teams to translate AI ambition into prioritized use cases, operating models, and repeatable workflows. While strong technical understanding is required, this role is not responsible for hands‑on implementation. Instead, it ensures the right solutions are designed, governed, and adopted.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with client leadership to translate AI strategy into clear execution plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
Facilitate AI страницы, prioritization, and adoption workshops across business and engineering stakeholders
Guide clients from AI pilots to enterprise‑ready, scalable implementations
Coach leaders and teams on embedding AI into existing workflows, products, and delivery processes
Provide architectural‑level guidance to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and cost‑aware
Define and track AI adoption KPIs to demonstrate business value and operational impact
Act as a trusted advisor, driving alignment, change management, and accountability throughout the transformation
Required Technical Skills (Evaluation & Advisory)
Strong understanding of LLM‑based applications, including copilots, agents, and AI‑assisted workflows
Conceptual knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and unstructured data usage
Familiarity with AI orchestration and agent frameworks is sufficient to evaluate design decisions
Understanding of vector databases and their role in semantic search and RAG architectures
Working knowledge of API‑driven AI integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, internal platforms)
Aw Automatically? Actually: Awareness of AI evaluation considerations, including quality, hallucination risk, latency, and cost
Understanding of AI governance fundamentals, including data privacy, constructed? Actually: data privacy, security guardrails, and responsible AI principles
Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery roles
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organizational or technology transformation initiatives
Proven ability to operate credibly with:
Executive and senior leadership
Engineering and data teams
Product, UX, and business stakeholders
Experience advising clients on AI adoption, operating models, or large‑scale technology change
Strong facilitation and communication skills,
Consulting mindset with a focus on outcomes, value realization, and long‑term adoption
