Key Responsibilities

Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld device for each Confirmed vehicle received at the auction, including: առ Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

Stock number

Make, model, year, mileage, color, options,_tm relay

Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.

Associate Tracker device to WO# and install on OBD port or strap 2nd down generation tracker around steering wheel.

Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars.

Direct transporters to proper car drop zone and report transport damage as needed.

Take a digital image of the vehicle upon receipt.

Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving the vehicle through the registration/check‑in area.

Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the related behaviors.

Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, such as assisting on sale days by driving vehicles through auction sales lanes.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

1–3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.

Basic computer skills required.

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.

Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.

Ability to lift 1–15 pounds.

Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Moderate noise level.

Compensation Hourly base pay: $15.10 – $22.69 per hour. Pay may increase based on location and performance. Position may also be eligibleуел timing for commission or incentive programs.

Benefits

Minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month and seven paid holidays per year.
