Key Responsibilities
Operations: Manages daily FOH activities, and in tandem with Chef de Cuisine, sets strategies, control costs, and ensure smooth service.
Staff Management: Works with Human Resources on recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating and evaluating staff (servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders and DRAs, etc.).
Financial Management: Tracks P&L, controls expenses, manages payroll and forecasts sales.
Customer Service: Ensures exceptional guest experience, handles complaints and builds loyalty.
Inventory & Purchasing: Oversees stock, orders supplies, manages vendors and minimizes waste.
Marketing: In conjunction with the Director of Food and Beverage and Marketing, implements promotional strategies, promotes online presence, and boosts visibility.
Compliance: Enforces health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP, etc.)
Reporting: Prepares nightly operation reports.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven management experience in hospitality.
Fluency in Spanish language is preferred.
Good understanding of Mexican cuisine and drinks is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of restaurant financials and operations.
Knowledge of food safety, labor laws and industry trends.
Working knowledge of office systems, point of sale, Excel, Word etc.
Compensation $90,000
