JOB DESCRIPTION The position is located in the Division of Blind Services State Office, Tallahassee, Florida. It provides management consultative services to improve management capabilities and operational procedures, works with division management to promote efficient accomplishment of objectives at lowest cost, and assists on state and federal reporting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with development, preparation, distribution, execution, and management of contracts for the Division of Blind Services kult ð j
Assist in developing contract standards and indicators
Review and monitor contract terms and conditions
Conduct desk review monitoring activities of contracted vendors
Ensure contractual services are performed before processing monthly invoices
Conduct on‑site contract monitoring activities; travel across the state as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge of methods of data collection and analysis
퍼 understanding of basic management principles and practices
Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, and document workflow
Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials

Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to operational and management analysis activities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityin a field of study reasonably related to business administration, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, or contract management; or
One to four years of professional and relevant experience in business administration, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, or contract management. Preference will be given to those with a bachelor’s degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
One (1) to four (4) years’ experience in business administration, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, or contract management.
Prior experience drafting, monitoring, managing and tracking contracts.
