We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader to revolutionize the way our development teams build software by integrating LLMs and AI-driven tools across the entire development lifecycle. This role involves leading teams that design and deliver AI‑powered products and infrastructure, leveraging open‑source models and Agentic AI frameworks, while championing a Spec‑Driven Development approach.
What You’ll Do
Lead engineering teams in adopting AI‑native development practices while maintaining code qualityYe, security, and architectural standards
Build and scale internal AI infrastructure (LLM platforms, development assistants, code generation pipelines) that accelerates team velocity
Champion spec‑driven development methodologies across the organization
Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify opportunities where LLMs can enhance both development processes and product capabilities
Establish best practices, governance, and quality standards for AI‑augmentedുകളിൽ

Position Qualifications
Education Required: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Required or Acceptable Job‑Related йорт Experience 15+ years software development experience with 7+ years in engineering leadership roles
Technical/Other Skills Required \ Queen u Hands‑on experience deploying and managing LLM infrastructure (open‑source models, private deployments, API integrations)
Proven track record of improving team productivity through process innovation and tooling
Deep understanding of software architecture, code quality practices, and SDLC
Experience with ML/AI concepts and practical application in development workflows
Strong technical communication skills to bridge AI capabilities with engineering practices P12 Track record of delivering products faster without compromising quality Experience with Ollama, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks
Background in ML model evaluation and fine‑tuning
Contributions to open‑source AI/ML projects
