About the Role As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.
Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections.

Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team. Qualifications
1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
