What You Will Be Doing

Program Leadership – Develop and maintain test plans and procedures; schedule, allocate, track, and deconflict test resources.

Test Execution & Oversight – Direct test procedure development, hardware integration, and execution; ensure test data is captured, validated, calibrated, and securely archived.

Technical mentorship – Teach and guide junior engineers on electrical, software, and mechanical fundamentals; foster a multi-disciplinary culture of problem solving.

Stakeholder Communication – Prepare and deliver briefings, technical presentations, and written reports (status, performance, corrective actions) to U.S. government customers and internal leadership.

Equipment Management – Oversee test equipment inventory, calibration, and security compliance; coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting with support teams.

Continuous Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in the I&T flow, drive corrective actions, and implement best practice processes to improve program schedule and cost performance.

Basic Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related STEM Engineering discipline (M.S. preferred)

3+ years of related professional engineering experience, including anechoic chamber or integration/testing.

Proven RF pattern testing in indoor laboratories and outdoor range environments to measure antenna gain, beamwidth, sidelobes, and polarization.

Strong foundation in electrical, RF, or mechanical engineering concepts; ability to teach these to others.

Experience with anechoic chambers, vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, and near‑field scanners or a combination of the above.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance.

Desired Skills

Experience with missile systems, particularly fire control/targeting subsystems.

Demonstrated capability to coordinate cross disciplinary teams for fabrication, integration, and testing of flight hardware.

Proven troubleshooting aptitude and ability to drive integration participants toward efficient I&T program execution.

Track record of delivering compelling customer presentations that convey performance results, schedule status, and corrective actions.

Knowledge of test equipment lifecycle management, including functional verification, calibration, and security requirements.

Experience authoring test procedures, managing test facility interfaces, and ensuring data integrity and cataloging.

Excellent written and verbal communication; prior experience briefing U.S. government customers and senior LockheedMartin management.
