Salary Disclosure Statement The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Responsibilities

Supervision of all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift

Assessing staffing and resident needs and directing care commentaires sapien

Works predominantly with an adult geriatric population

Serves as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective, and efficient nursing care; supervises clinical aspects of nursing

Manages day‑to‑day operations of the Nursing Department

Interfaces with others to ensure efficient unit operations

Seeks opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency

Qualifications

Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university

Strongly preferred: 1–3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills

Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility

Must possess a current CPR license
