Sr. Analyst, FP&A - Supply Chain & Merchandising
Reformation is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Senior Analyst, FP&A – Merchandising / Supply Chain / Operations to join our lean, high‑impact team. This role is critical in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.
Work Location & Schedule 4‑5 days on‑site at our Vernon & Culver City offices (as needed).
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with product teams to analyze margin drivers across categories.
Identify and communicate margin risks and opportunities, translating insights into business implications.
Support scenario modeling related to sourcing decisions and cost optimization initiatives.
Forecast and monitor inventory investment and working capital.
Provide P&L variance analysis and commentary with Accounting.
Support ongoing forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for operational spend.
Translate complex operational data into clear, decision‑ready insights for leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years relevant FP&A experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced modeling.
Experience in consumer, apparel, or supply‑chain‑heavy environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a high‑growth direct‑to‑consumer business.
Familiarity with financial planning systems and ERP tools such as Workday Adaptive or NetSuite.
Experience working with large datasets; proficiency with Looker.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range $90,000 - $115,000 + 5% bonus eligibility.
