ServiceNow Tester Location:

Mclean VA / Plano TX – 5 Days Onsite (100% Onsite)

Employment:

Full-time (W2) – Locals Only

Interview:

In-Person Interview Required

Overview Test and ensure quality of ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF, Selenium).

Validate workflows, controls, integrations, and platform changes.

Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects.

Qualifications

5–8 years QA experience; 3+ years ServiceNow ATF (IRM/GRC).

Strong automation, UI, API, and Agile experience.

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications, scripting, CI/CD experience.
