Provide field and approved sustainment level maintenance of assigned and supported training aircraft, training-support and training base equipment, and ground support equipment. Successfully manage the technical approach, organizational resources and implement management controls employed to meet the price, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the execution of this program. Analyze and investigate adverse quality trends or conditions and initiate corrective action. Assign work effort and maintain accurate time‑keeping records of personnel assigned to work on the requirement. Assure centralized control and overall management of personnel. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prefer experience with UH-60, CH-47, and AH-64 aircraft. Must have experience in all aspects of safety, documentation, training/licenses/certifications, scheduling, production control and management. Minimum six (6) years professional experience in the Defense acquisition. Must have analytical ability combined with knowledge and application of assurance principles and techniques. Must have Military installation DEPOT level maintenance experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Drug‑free workplace; post‑offer, pre‑employment substance‑abuse testing will be performed. Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk, stand, crawl, kneel and bend on level and/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day. Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp, pull over hand, push, reach or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders. Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear. May be required to sit for extended periods of time. Works in an office military environment.
