Compensation
Anticipated base pay: $65,000 – $75,000.

Position Details
The Supply Chain Rotational Development Program (SCRDP) is a three‑year rotational program that equips participants with the experiences, knowledge and skills necessary to understand how Grainger’s supply chain organization delivers value to our customers. Participants will gain experiences in business analytics, continuous improvement, and leading teams in front‑line supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
Rotate across three Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Experience functions.
Learn and understand the interactions between key end‑to‑end functions and apply learnings to assist with key business initiatives.
Lead a group of up to 25 distribution center team members to drive operational excellence.
Participate in cross‑functional projects to reduce operational costs or improve service for customers.
Apply problem‑solving and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement efforts.
Develop data analytics to measure KPIs, identify opportunities and measure impact.
Become proficient in data analytics tools and applications (Snowflake, Power BI, Business Objects, SAP).
Professional Development
Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing coaching and mentoring, exposure to leadership, networking and community involvement.
Work Environment
All rotations based at the same Grainger Distribution Center.
Majority of communication in person with occasional email and phone.
Must be able to interface with a multi‑shift operation and frequent physical activity.
Up to 10% travel.
Qualifications
Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026 for a July 2026 start date.
3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
Relevant internship or work experience.
Intermediate MS Office proficiency.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a desire to drive results.
Ability to foster, manage and leverage relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to manage tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
