Operations Supervisor
to join our dynamic team.
Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Control the provision of welcome, farewell, accompaniment, lounge, fast track and loyalty program operation services to passengers in accordance with the established rules and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and follow the daily work plans of the employees to provide the services without interruption.
Report to the Operations Manager, transferring information, demands and expectations from passengers to the relevant units.
Supervise and control the fixtures at the service points, ensuring the resolution of malfunctions, and maintain order and cleanliness of the service points. Report relevant disruptions.
Follow documentation processes such as passenger lists, usage reports, etc., and control the keeping of the necessary records.
Monitor and control catering, cleaning, kittens., and other lounge services to ensure continuity and increased passenger satisfaction, providing necessary coordination to take action.
Support the manager in providing guidance, army, career planning, and training development processes, supporting personal and professional development of employees and ensuring goal realization.
Qualifications Education:
Upper Secondary Education Graduate. A degree in Business, Economics, or Administrative Sciences is preferred.
Professional / Technical Know‑how:
Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Functional Experience:
3+ Years
Language:
Advanced level of English written and spoken.
Computer:
Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle).
