Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and application development to lead complex technology programs from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent program management skills, and experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end program executionинек for application development projects hosted on AWS. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage program risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions. Oversee architecture discussions and ensure alignment with AWS best practices. Coordinate across multiple teams for integration, testing, and deployment activities. Track progress using Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in AWS environments. Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in program/project management in technology‑driven environments. Strong technical background in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar). Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.). Proven ability to manage large‑scale programs with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud‑native architectures. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent). Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). PMP or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a plus.
