Responsibilities
Conduct group work વૈ a variety of patients ages 12 and older.
Perform case management functions such as assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient healing and health.
Shift Full‑time weekday and weekend shifts available.
