A leading AI research company in San Francisco seeks a Research-Hardware Codesign Engineer to bridge the gap between model research and silicon/system architecture. The successful candidate will debug performance gaps, communicate design tradeoffs, and prototype new numerical methods. Candidates must have a strong programming background in Python and C++ or Rust, along with knowledge of ML codebases. This hybrid role requires onsite interaction three days a week.
