Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring at least one year of recent experience, Oasis and HCHB proficiency, and BLS certification. Responsibilities Home health care setting with a geriatric patient population Patients seen within a 60-mile radius from the office Average caseload is 6-7 patients per day Day shift schedule: 5 days per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM No on-call requirement HCHB electronic medical record system used; experience required Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment, and documentation for home health patients in compliance with Oasis standards Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate iPad provided for documentation; cell phones not provided Scrubs of any color are required; jeans are not permitted Local candidates accepted at travel rate First-time travelers are not eligible for this assignment Requirements Active PT license required if applicable Minimum of 1 year recent physical therapy experience in home health Oasis proficiency required for start of care visits Proficiency in HCHB EMR is required Current BLS certification required Timely communication and documentation skills required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
