Pay: $2,766/week Shift: Days | 5x8s (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Start Date: 01/26/2026 Contract Length: 13 weeks Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment at a smaller hospital providing a mix of inpatient acute rehab, adult rehab unit (ARU), and outpatient pediatric coverage. This role focuses on assessment, treatment, and evaluation of patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across the lifespan. Schedule & Unit Details Day shift, Thursday–Monday or Sunday–Thursday Patient ratios: 1:5 Mix of IP/ARU and OP with occasional weekend coverage 42-bed facility Interdisciplinary support available Requirements Active SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred) BLS certification Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience Experience with both pediatric outpatient and adult inpatient rehab patients Clinical Skills & Experience Bedside swallow evaluations and dysphagia management Cognitive and language disorder interventions Voice, fluency, and communication therapy Use of adaptive equipment (communication boards, memory aids) Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and documentation Patient/family education and safety monitoring • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
