Position: Clinic Director As a Clinic Director, you will combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities to ensure patients receive exceptional care while the clinic operates efficiently.
You Will: Provide direct patient care Oversee daily clinic operations Lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff Manage budgets, staffing, and scheduling Drive patient engagement, visibility, and community outreach Support positive clinical and financial outcomes
Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy Licensed Physical Therapist in Rhode Island (in good standing) Prior leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred Strong skills in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
