This role involves conducting detailed cash flow analysis, managing month-end close processes, leading annual external audits, and addressing inventory-related challenges. The CFO will also play a key role in supporting the organization in growth and acquisition strategies, as well as establishing and refining financial processes to align with the company's long-term goals.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in private equity portfolio company management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. The role requires expertise in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and forecasting, as well as experience in managing month-end close processes and external audits.
