About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Transformation Officer to play a pivotal role in the deployment of its go-forward strategy and the operationalization of key business transformation goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving critical change management initiatives that are essential for the company's sustainable growth and market leadership. This includes partnering with executive leadership to create and execute transformation roadmaps, leading the operationalization of company-wide initiatives, and establishing governance frameworks to track progress. The CTO will also be at the forefront of core transformation initiatives such as product portfolio consolidation, SaaS migration, and the adoption of agentic AI technologies, all aimed at optimizing market positioning and operational efficiency.
Applicants for the Chief Transformation Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in transformation, strategy, or change management roles. A proven track record in leading large-scale business transformations, particularly in technology or SaaS companies, is essential.
