About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the development of a centralized operations function that will serve a group of companies facing similar operational challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and running a shared operational foundation to streamline HR, recruiting, legal workflows, finance coordination, security, documentation, and internal processes. This role is pivotal in creating scalable systems, eliminating inefficiencies, and ensuring that operations are predictable and can support the growth of the companies. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with improving and scaling core operational functions, establishing and managing various operational processes, and standardizing tools and execution to reduce duplication and enhance efficiency.
Applicants for the Head of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, business operations, chief of staff, or similar roles within fast-growing companies. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and improving HR, recruiting, and legal processes, as well as strong systems thinking and the ability to design processes that can scale across multiple teams or companies. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with founders or executive leadership teams, and must demonstrate a high level of ownership, discretion, and integrity. Strong communication skills are essential, and experience in service-based or hybrid product-and-service companies is a plus.
