About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of North American Operations to lead and oversee all operational functions across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scalable infrastructure to support the company's major initiatives. This high-visibility role demands a strategic, hands-on operator with a proven track record in senior operational leadership, particularly in manufacturing, distribution, or dealer-based business models. The SVP will be tasked with leading operational activities, ensuring the organization meets and exceeds targets, and strengthening operational systems to support rapid growth. Strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, engineering, and manufacturing teams are also key aspects of the position.

Applicants for the Senior Vice President role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in senior operational leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-growth environments within industrial or heavy equipment sectors and a strong ability to drive efficiency, process improvement, and organizational scaling. A military background or service-minded leadership approach, technical or engineering familiarity, and experience in supporting multi-site operations and national dealer networks are preferred.
