About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the reimagining of recruiting in the AI era, with a focus on technical and executive roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall talent strategy, including the end-to-end recruiting process for the company's internal team and the founding teams of the startups it supports. This role demands a visionary leader with a GenAI-forward mindset, capable of driving 5x improvements in recruiting processes and systems. The Head of Talent will also be instrumental in nurturing the software development and invention capabilities of the recruiting team, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience, and scaling the talent function to meet the demands of a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years' in senior technical leadership or executive recruiting, and a proven track record of hiring deeply technical talent in early-stage environments. A basic coding ability and a strong desire to learn, particularly in the use of generative AI for recruiting workflows, are essential. The role requires a leader with gravitas, a systems thinker, and a strong sense of ownership. Bonus points for experience in building recruiting functions from the ground up, familiarity with HR functions, and a background in venture studios, startups, or founder-led organizations. The Head of Talent will work closely with the company's leadership and portfolio CEOs, and must be adept at partnering with senior executives.
