The Company is in search of a Chief Investment Management Officer (CIMO) with a strong background in quantitative crypto trading, particularly in the areas of XRP and DeFi markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing trading frameworks that drive algorithmic design, risk optimization, and automation. This role requires a visionary leader who can blend the precision of traditional financial markets with the speed and innovation of blockchain and Web3 technologies. The CIMO will be instrumental in scaling the digital asset and wealth management family office, with a focus on achieving significant growth in assets under management.
