The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the President & General Manager. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, driving operational excellence and leading the transformation of the business into a unified AI-first platform. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, executive partnership, and business unit operations excellence. The role demands a professional with 7-10+ years' progressive experience in product operations, operational strategy, or management consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in product portfolio rationalization, particularly in on-premise or hybrid deployment models, and will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and organizational transformations.
