About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (CoS) to work closely with the CEO in driving the execution of strategic objectives and ensuring accountability across the organization. The CoS will be responsible for turning strategy into enforced accountability, with a core mandate to align functions, monitor performance, and resolve cross-functional dependencies. This role is pivotal in maintaining standards for hiring, promotion, and progression, and requires a professional with a proven track record in senior operational, strategic, or program management, particularly in high-growth global environments.
Key responsibilities for the CoS include owning the company-wide KPI architecture, overseeing performance reviews, and ensuring that KPIs are linked to strategic goals. The successful candidate will also be in charge of hiring governance, talent management, and employee onboarding, as well as implementing and maintaining review frameworks for compensation and progression. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational skills, who is comfortable making tough decisions and enforcing accountability. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving abilities, be a strong communicator with executive presence, and be proactive in identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
