We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic, growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and prints. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner. Duties Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings Operate welding equipment to weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions Perform quality inspections to ensure welds meet specifications and standards Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete tasks Collaborate with team members to plan and prioritize work assignments Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed. Requirements Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with knowledge of various welding techniques including FCAW and Stick welding. Familiarity with operating forklifts, cranes, and press brake machines is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in machining or related fields is a plus but not required.
