Job Description: Lead cross-functional product efforts at the intersection of business strategy and engineering execution to support modern financial services platforms. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Drive the creation and execution of the product roadmap
Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders
Define and manage OKRs aligned with broader business goals
Lead product lifecycle: themes, epics, user stories, backlog, and release plans
Present product performance insights to executives using KPIs
Ensure strategic alignment across teams and manage delivery risk
Requirements: Must-Haves: Background in engineering or strong technical collaboration experience
Strong experience in product management and strategic planning
Expertise in creating and maintaining product roadmaps
Solid understanding of financial systems or services
5 years of experience in tech-driven product organizations
Nice-to-Haves: Experience in consumer finance or auto finance
Exposure to pricing, decision models, and acquisition integration
