Integrity Care Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality in-home care to our clients. As a CNA, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care that enables clients to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Required Qualifications - Current North Carolina CNA certification in good standing - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Current CPR/First Aid certification - Physical examination and TB test (within last 12 months) - Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening - Valid proof of eligibility to work in the United States - COVID-19 vaccination status as per current NC requirements
Experience Requirements - Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA (healthcare or home care setting) - Experience with elderly and disabled clients preferred - Demonstrated ability to work independently
Essential Job Functions Direct Client Care - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including: - Personal hygiene and grooming - Bathing and toileting - Dressing and undressing - Mobility assistance and transfers - Meal preparation and feeding assistance - Monitor and record vital signs - Observe and report changes in client condition - Assist with prescribed exercises and mobility activities - Maintain clean and safe environment for clients - Provide companionship and emotional support
Documentation & Communication - Maintain accurate daily care records in the EVV system - Document client conditions and changes - Report concerns to supervisor promptly - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team - Follow care plans as prescribed - Participate in care plan reviews as needed
Professional Responsibilities - Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) - Attend required training and in-service education - Follow agency policies and procedures - Maintain professional appearance and conduct - Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts - Communicate schedule availability and changes promptly
