*Your Role:*
You’ll be a key part of a team committed to delivering outstanding care and building long-lasting relationships with patients. You'll contribute clinically and collaboratively, working alongside an experienced support staff in a thriving, well-established practice.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform comprehensive general dentistry including:
* Fillings, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic procedures
* Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans
* Conduct preventive care and patient education
* Collaborate closely with assistants and hygienists
* Maintain detailed and accurate records using *Dentrix* software
*Qualifications:*
* DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
* *Valid Ohio dental license*
* Minimum *2 years of clinical experience*
* Advanced proficiency in general dental procedures
* Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix preferred)
* Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
* A collaborative mindset and interest in *long-term practice growth and ownership*
