You will be required to work three 12-hour shifts and every other Sat/Sun
Responsibilities: Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists. Qualifications:Education
- Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Required
Work Experience
- 1 year of related experience as a hospital inpatient or outpatient / ambulatory cardiac sonographer Required
Licenses and Certifications
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Required and
- RCS - Registered Cardiac Sonographer Required or
- ARDCS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Required or
- CCI - Cardiovascular Credentialing International Required
