We aim to match adults with disabilities to supportive, caring homes, and are actively seeking caregivers to join our team and help fill this critical need.
*Caregiver - Job Overview:*
As a Caregiver, you'll play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need. You'll provide assistance with daily activities, personal care, and companionship, all while fostering independence and a supportive environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Aid with meal preparation and medication reminders
* Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
* Maintain a safe, clean, and positive living environment
* Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior
* Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
*Qualifications:*
* Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required
* Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus
* Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential
* Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and compassion
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a bonus

Pay: $75.00 - $230.00 per day
