The Opportunity
Join the clinical team at the BJC/Saint Luke's Primary Care Clinic in Shoal Creek. We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver professional, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Coordination: Manage patient flow, coordinate care, and perform telephone triage to assess patient needs.
- Emergency Response: Schedule emergent appointments and enter admission orders as directed by providers.
- Patient Education: Act as a subject matter expert by identifying learning needs for patients and families and providing clinical recommendations.
- Clinical Skills: Administer medications, insert intravenous (IV) access, and manage expired samples.
- Leadership & Delegation: Delegate tasks to clinical staff based on scope of practice and competencies; provide backup coverage for MA or LPN duties as needed.

Requirements:
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (Required).
- Experience: Open to new graduates (Less than 1 year of experience required).
- Licensure: Active RN license in both Kansas and Missouri.
- Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
