ready to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to our Team.
We are replacing a 27 year employee who is retiring. Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00.
Part time will
be considered. The practicing Dentists are the original owners and both still practice full time.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Dental Hygienist, located in Anderson, SC. The primary responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings, examining patients for signs of oral diseases such as gingivitis and periodontitis, and assisting in the development of individualized dental care plans. The Dental Hygienist will also educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, maintain detailed patient records, and collaborate with dental professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is provided to every patient.
Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Hygiene and expertise in performing Dental Prophylaxis In-depth knowledge of Dentistry practices, including managing and preventing Dental Care needs Experience in diagnosing, managing, and educating patients about Periodontal Disease Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive patient relationships Valid Dental Hygienist license in South Carolina Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate patient records CPR certification and knowledge of infection control protocols
