Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Fallsington, PA, for a Clinical Director. The Clinical Director will oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations, lead a team of mental health and medical professionals, and provide clinical supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices, overseeing client care plans, supporting program development, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Clinical Director will collaborate with staff to ensure the highest quality of care for all clients.
Qualifications Strong background in Mental Health, Psychology, and Behavioral Health Experience in Clinical Supervision and managing multidisciplinary teams Knowledge and expertise in Medicine and evidence-based treatment approaches Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatry, or Mental Health Counseling) Valid professional licensure in the applicable field, preferred Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
