Director of Nursing / Wellness Nurse
to lead clinical excellence in our
Assisted Living & Memory Care Community
in the Pacific Northwest.

Your Role: As the Director of Nursing / Wellness Nurse, you will lead and oversee all aspects of resident wellness, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care in our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care facility. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead and support a high-performing clinical team. Oversee resident wellness and individualized care planning. Fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and joy within the community. Partnering with families to ensure optimal care outcomes. Champion memory care initiatives and innovative wellness programs.
What We’re Looking For: Proven nursing leadership in assisted living, memory care or similar senior care settings. Passion for dementia care and person-centered practices Strong communicator and team builder
