For our client, a leading healthcare provider in the USA, we are looking for a
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 per annum + Bonus (depending on experience)
Location: USA - On-site / Hybrid / Remote (depending on facility requirements)
Your Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients with mental health concerns. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning. Diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders in accordance with DSM-5 guidelines. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and healthcare policies.
Your Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Valid and active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LPC, LCPC, or equivalent). Previous clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, community mental health, or private practice preferred. Strong therapeutic, assessment, and communication skills. Compassionate, client-centered, and ethical approach to care. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
