*Job Description*
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing practice! The ideal candidate will have experience with or a strong interest in pursuing feeding therapy, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and/or childhood apraxia of speech.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate feeding, orofacial myofunctional, speech, and/or language skills. * Develop individualized treatment plans and provide speech therapy services based on assessment results. * Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care. * Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
*Requirements*
* Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. * Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. * Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred. * Familiarity with neurodiversity affirming and strengths-based intervention strategies and techniques * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while providing compassionate patient care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
