We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product to lead the evolution of our digital platform, including our mobile app and a new community meetup experience that enables members to connect, collaborate, and grow together. In this senior role, you will own product strategy, roadmap development, and cross‑functional execution as we build the next generation of tools that support 200,000+ annual student members and 2 million alumni on their leadership journey. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, customer‑centric product leadership, and hands‑on execution to deliver a platform that empowers meaningful community engagement and career advancement.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, long‑term strategy, and roadmap for both the app and the new community meetup platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead the creation and launch of community‑centric features that enable المسرح students to meet, share ideas, host events, and build meaningful peer connections.
Partner closely with engineering, design, data, student experience, and leadership teams to prioritize features, manage timelines, and deliver high‑quality releases.
Oversee user research, data analysis, user interviews, and feedback loops to deeply understand needs across diverse મુખ્ય student and alumni populations.
Collaborate with AI teams to integrate intelligent recommendations, coaching guidance, and personalized community suggestions into the product experience.
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch — writing requirements, leading sprint planning, and ensuring smooth execution across distributed teams.
Define KPIs for engagement, retention, community interaction, and learning outcomes; report progress and use insights to drive optimization.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Director of Product or Sr. Product Lead building and scaling customer‑facing digital products.
Prior work leading community, social interaction, collaboration。. marketplace‑style features is highly preferred.
Experience in startup or small‑team environments with the ability to balance high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution.
Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and human‑centered design principles.
Exceptional ability to collaborate across fully remote teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present product vision clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
Analytical mindset with experience using data and research to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and improve the product.
