Pay Rate:
$140/hr.
Schedule: Wednesday, January 21 – 8 am to 4 pm. Thursday, January 22 – 8 am to 9:30 am and 1 to 4 pm.
Mileage reimbursement and 1-night hotel reimbursement provided in accordance with VitalCheck Wellness policy.
Full Description VitalCheck Wellness, Premiatively as the Administrative Agent for this program, is seeking a licensed Medical Provider (NP, PA, MD, or DO) with dermatology experience to deliver onsite skin cancer screenings and general dermatologic evaluations at a private business in Springfield, IL.
VitalCheck manages administrative logistics and facilitates scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting.
VitalCheck does not provide medical care and does not control clinical decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Provide skin checks and skin cancer screenings.
Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
Advise/refer patients for follow‑up care.
Requirements
Active clean Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license to practice in
Illinois.
Board‑certified MD or DO with an active, clean license to practice in New Jersey.
Active BLS/ACLS certification required.
Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner work experience required; candidates must have strong dermatology knowledge and hands‑on clinical dermatology experience.
For NP/PA‑A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.
Proficient with computers, customer service‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Patient education driven.
Must be able to reliably commute to

VitalCheck itself is not a licensed medical practice; licensed physicians and other clinical providers deliver the clinical care and are exclusively in control of and responsible for all clinical aspects of the healthcare services.
As Administrative Agent for the Program, VitalCheck provides both Program clients and healthcare providers access to its proprietary technology, know‑how, processes and techniques, and other administrative services including managing administrative logistics, facilitating scheduling, and collecting and processing payments.
