Overview

We are seeking a Backend Engineer with strong full‑stack capabilities and hands‑on React experience to help design, build, and scale modern digital platforms. This role primarily focuses on backend development while contributing to front‑end features as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, working collaboratively, and delivering scalable, high‑performance applications. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and system integrations.

Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver end‑to‑end features, contributing to React‑based UI development when required.

Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Design data models, optimize database queries, and work with both relational and non‑relational databases.

Contribute to system architecture, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement reliability improvements.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

3–5 years of professional experience in backend engineering with exposure to full‑stack development.

Strong proficiency in server‑side technologies such as

Node.js, Python, Java , or similar frameworks.

Experience building

RESTful APIs ,

GraphQL services , and working with

microservices architectures .

Solid knowledge of databases such as

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB , or equivalent.

Hands‑on experience with

React.js , including hooks, component architecture, and state management.

Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices.

Strong understanding of

Git workflows ,

CI/CD pipelines , and

Agile development methodologies .
