Legal - Litigation Attorney

Seeking experienced lateral attorneys with IP/Patent litigation expertise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent research and writing skills, possess strong communication skills, and have a technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.). Candidates must have a Juris Doctor, license to practice law in good standing, and must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements. - Manages day-to-day and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion - Demonstrates a great work ethic and an ability to work productively both independently and cooperatively with other members of the IP Litigation team - Produces high quality legal work and provides excellent client services - Complies with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession Our broad network of long-term client relationships gives us a competitive edge.
